As my time on the islands comes to an end I thought I'd reflect on all the lessons this journey has taught me.

This past weekend I attended Wanderlust O'ahu (yoga festival) for 3 days. 3 days of non-stop yoga! It was just me, my yoga mat and I on an adventure to find my true north.
I did yoga for 30 days and all I learned was how to breathe.
Reflecting on the end of the year and excited for the start of the next!
